Every Cavewoman has an Amethyst Necklace

Sterling Canyon has declared the Amethyst the most beautiful purple rock Mother Nature has ever created.  Most people can’t do without it.  Look into any woman’s jewelry box – legally of course – and what will you find.  Most likely an Amethyst necklace or set of earrings.  If you come up empty, the woman has been living in the wrong cave.  What is Amethyst and why would this woman not have it in her jewelry box?  Boggles the mind doesn’t it?  No one knows but her.  Perhaps the reason lies within one of these characteristics.

Amethyst is a mineral quartz. It is durable and fairly common. It comes in various shades of purple from pale lilac to deep purple. Rich purple Amethyst with rose shadings are considered the finest. Amethyst is rated “good” for everyday wear. Avoid direct sunlight and exposure to heat which may cause color to fade. Avoid contact with chemicals. To clean, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush and a solution of mild dish soap and warm water.  Never clean in one of those ultrasonic cleaning machines.

There you have it, folks!  If you come up with the actual reason why this woman doesn’t have Amethyst in her jewelry box, Sterling Canyon will give you a fabulous Amethyst necklace from their incredible selection – FREE.
